We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Project and Partnership Development: Collaborate with the CSRBOX team to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative education projects aligned with CSR objectives and the specific needs of the local community in Surat.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, educational institutions, teachers, parents, and community members, to ensure successful project implementation and long-term sustainability.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and baseline studies to identify gaps and challenges within the education ecosystem, enabling the formulation of targeted intervention strategies.
• Project Implementation: Lead the effective implementation of education projects, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries to ensure the timely and efficient achievement of project objectives.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project progress, measure impact, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Training and Capacity Building: Organize and deliver training workshops and capacity-building programs for teachers, school staff, and other stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas of education.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project proposals, documentation, including progress reports, success stories, case studies, and impact assessments, for effective communication with relevant stakeholders and donors.
• Liasoning and Partnerships: Liasoning with government officials and all the key stakeholders of the program. The candidate should identify potential clients/doners in alignment with the projects/programs of CSRBOX and explore synergies to collaborate on existing as well as new intervention.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and ensure efficient financial management of projects, optimizing resource utilization to meet project goals.
• Advocacy and Networking: Represent CSRBOX at education-related events, conferences, and forums to advocate for quality education and explore potential partnerships and collaborations.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required to project sites and other locations for project-related activities, stakeholder meetings, and networking events. 

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education project management, preferably in the context of CSR initiatives or social development programs.
• Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory to facilitate effective communication and engagement with local stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and community leaders.
• Strong understanding of the education sector, including issues related to access, quality, equity, and inclusion.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a track record of successful project implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting needs assessments, data analysis, and impact evaluations is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Passion for social impact and a strong commitment to driving positive change in the education sector.
