Key Role: To build and maintain the community networks of key stakeholders like Students/Alumni, Parents, Teachers, and Mentors

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Develop and implement a community and expert network engagement strategy that aligns with the WSN goals and mission.

2.       Design the community and expert network solutions for all stakeholders like Students, teachers, parents & mentors (What will be the offerings for each and modes)

3.       Build the community of Alumni students, Trainers, Mentors & Parents

4.       Identify the right partnerships for building networks.

5.       Organize and facilitate community events (like Student activities, forums, open houses, teachers, sessions, student support etc)

6.       Develop and analyze community engagement matrix and provide insights on performance, trends, and opportunities.

7.       Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging and mission alignment.

8.       Constantly stays up to date with trends in industry.

9.       Create WIFM (What is in it for me) for each community.

Requirements:

1.       Bachelor’s degree in education/Marketing/Communications.

2.       Work experience: At least 8-10 years in building communities and expert networks and driving engagements (Pref In higher education space).

3.       Should have managed teams to drive participation (Example Simply learn, TCS Commune, Upgrad, Wings – Wipro, Google etc)

4.       Excellent written and verbal skills

5.       Strong understanding of higher education system & Industry linkage

6.       Experience of creating and running campaigns for communities

7.       Passion for education and commitment towards student success

8.       Ability to work independently.

9.       Ability to draw inferences and provide regular feedback on products.
