Job Description:
The Role Context: We are looking for a high-energy, passionate individual excited to work in the entrepreneurship and startup domain. The focus of the role will be to facilitate Liftoff Cohorts, content delivery, conduct office hours, one-to-one business mentoring, for early-stage Startups. A part of role would also be to refresh/upgrade the existing Liftoff program content to meet the market trends and enable startups to become commercial ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for
- Facilitate Liftoff Cohorts
- Deliver weekly sprints, workshops, expert’s sessions for the Liftoff cohorts.
- Conduct 1:1 Office Hours and mentoring session for Liftoff Startups
- Identifying subject matter experts, domain experts for delivering masterclasses/expert sessions as well as for vetting new program content
- Create processes to monitor and measure quality & standardized delivery by Liftoff Part-Time Consultants and align them to program outcomes.
- Researching and upgrading content for the various programs offered as part of the WE Liftoff Program
- Developing and designing a new content as per the market requirement, feedback from stakeholder, and aligning it with the vision and outcomes of the foundation
- Benchmarking the existing program and introducing improvements in them
- Ensuring course materials are made timely available at the NextGen digital platform.
- Coordinating with the platform team, content curation team and assisting in managing the learning platforms
Skills & Experience:
· Doctorate in disciplines related to Business and Management / Master’s in disciplines related to Business and Management from a reputed Institution.
· Experienced in facilitating programs/workshops for early-stage startups.
· Must be inclined towards facilitation and supporting start-ups.
· Experience in Curriculum design, development and measuring program outcomes.
· Minimum of 4-5 years
· Good Communication Skills
· Interpersonal skills
· Must have a strong work ethic
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
· Must be incredibly organized and able to help others get organized.
· Must have ‘no job is too small’ attitude
· Must be willing to take on responsibilities beyond own job description when necessary
