What is the role?

Title: Brand Marketing Lead

Give is looking for a brand marketing lead to join us in our mission of scaling giving and making it bigger and better. We are looking for someone who can own and develop a differentiated brand marketing playbook and help us implement effective brand strategies to drive awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. We are looking for a leader who can deliver results in this fast-changing digital landscape.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Identify the right media mix across ATL/BTL/ social media channels
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and tracking expenses to ensure ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and tone across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitors to inform brand strategies.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in leading brand/marketing initiatives, preferably in a related industry
  • A marketing, business or technology degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus
  • Experience running successful brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • A data-driven and analytical approach with solid knowledge of web analytics and social media
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and a bias for action
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
