HCLFoundation is currently seeking a Sr. HR Executive/ HR Executive to support the HR Talent Management function of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for HR service delivery for the HCLFoundation and ancillary entities in the areas enumerated below:
– Front end with the employees for resolution of queries and ensure minimum time lag in resolution
– Error free maintenance and Updation of employee master data including pay data in ERP and excel
– Monthly report generation: preparation of monthly head count reports, PF reports, CTC and variance data, data for ERP, attrition report and any other report as and when required
– Preparation of monthly payroll inputs
– Attendance and leave management
– Roll out and follow through of quarterly & annual appraisals
– Timely initiation and renewal of retainers’ contracts
– Preparation of F&F inputs and validation of the F&F prepared by Finance team
– Preparation of master employee data for annual renewal of employee insurances and coordination with various group companies for their data and coverage requirements
– Preparation of monthly insurance data (new joiners/ exits/ changes) for insurance updation
– Co-ordination with TPA for timely settlement of employees’ medical claims
– Ensuring that all required documentation is updated in employee files
Desired profile:
– Post Graduate with decent credentials and about 3+ years experience in relevant domains
– Good communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory
– The incumbent should have worked on:
1. Providing payroll inputs to Finance team
2. Maintenance and updation of employee data and salary in excel
3. Preparation of reports and MIS in excel
4. Should have prior experience of working on salary break up, salary revisions, etc.
– Strong working knowledge of current HR policies and practices
– Strong working knowledge of HR Labor laws including minimum wages, ESIC, PF, etc.
– Excellent MS-Office product suite knowledge, particularly on MS-Excel
– Ability to make recommendations and work independently on projects
