The Apprentice Project (TAP) is a for-impact organization determined to transform Government/low-income schools by offering holistic development of all children. At TAP, we use choice-based learning (Visual arts, Performing arts, or STEM) to develop leadership skills.
Role Summary
Location / Pune/Mumbai OR Remote (visit city of placement once every 2 months )
Time Commitment Full Time
Reporting to Product Manager
Compensation 3.80 – 5.10 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)
Key Job Areas
Product Development and Management
● Support development of the product roadmap through conducting user research, analyzing the competitive environment and understanding key metrics
● Engage closely with the technical team to help determine the best technical implementation methods for the project execution
● Pose and analyze different tests (A/B) to verify what is best for students
● Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
● Build and document product use cases and scenarios
● Guide products through the life cycle from conception to launch to evaluation
● Manage a team of 10+ volunteers who will support you in the development process
M & E
● Support Monitoring & Evaluation in data collection and analysis for measuring impact
● Design and implement a system to track & Visualize product data
● Monitor and analyze all new product features and additions to existing features
● Support in creating structure for conducting user research and analyzing the competitive environment and creating understanding key product metrics
● Analyze ongoing execution data and feedback to understand problems and address them
● Participate in regular observations and share feedback with Product team
Qualifications & Experience
● Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
● 0 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience/fellowship
● Willingness to learn about the relevant verticals
● Prior experience in Product development domain will be advantageous

Compensation is provided at par with the sector benchmark for this position in alignment with the individual’s prior experience and qualifications.
