Key Objectives of the Job
- Explore possibilities in CHG state / districts for partnership
- Advocacy engagements to Chhattisgarh & districts
Major Deliverables
The major responsibilities are to :
- Coordination and working with State of CHG education deptt / SCERT for tracking progress of
- School Safety program related training and intervention.
- Proactively identify scope of Arpan support and PSE integration in programs of CHG Govt (state level / district level) to discuss plan of action with team.
- Advocacy for PSE training of key implementer under key initiatives like School health & Wellness Program, RKSK.
- To organize, coordinate and conduct Small-scale PSE/CSA trainings & awareness programs with Govt& private sector professionals.
- Providing hand holding support to trained teachers and follow up from individuals, agencies for indirect data
- Supporting team for documentation (case stories, reports), data reporting and any other operations, as needed.
- Explore possibilities in CHG state / districts for partnership
- Need based, any other responsibility by supervisor

Specialized job competencies
- Good communication skills
- Documentation (writing mail, reporting of self-done task)
Educational Qualification
Masters in development studies / social work / psychology / sociology
Mandatory Experience
- 4-5 years of working experience in social development sector.
- 2-3 years of working experience in Govt. deptt, preferred education department, for policy advocacy.
Desired Experience
Experience of working in issue of Child Protection & Safety will be preferred
Other desired attributes
Candidate shall be able to work on MS- Office. He / she must be willing to travel mainly in state of Chhattisgarh and to other states, need based.
