Job Details/ Criteria
Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
Set and support evaluation of the technical milestones and due diligence of documentation of startups of state government funded program for startups called Elevate for funds release in phases.
Organizing committee meetings for elevate startups reviews.
Assisting the startups for any support they need in the form of mentoring etc.
Generating and managing reports. Maintenance of centralized repository of the entire program data.
Startup engagement and communication for support & payments.
Engaging in areas of innovation and startup ecosystem in Bangalore and Karnataka and engage with KITS elevate team
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
1. Graduate or Post graduate degree in Science or Engineering (preferred).
2. Upto 4 years of work experience. Experience in innovation, startup ecosystem, incubation management, program management preferred.
3. Strong in MS office.
4. Good verbal and professional writing skills
5. Good communication and email skills.
6. Proficiency in both English and Kannada preferred.
7. Empathy for Founders/Entrepreneurs.
8. Independent, Organised and Self-Starter.
9. Proven and demonstrable: Fire and zeal to succeed, great attitude, high listening and learning skills and analytical skills.
10. Knowledge of various schemes and programs of Government of Karnataka for startups preferred but not essential.
11. Exposure to Tier-II/Tier-III city startup ecosystem of Karnataka would be an added advantage.
12. This role would be for a 1 Year contract
