Job Description:
Program Associate, Academics primarily will be responsible for supporting the program operations and student engagement. The job entails coordination with multiple stakeholders such as students, faculty, SPO partner CEOs and internal team members; supporting the program manager in maintaining program-related documents; leading and managing student engagement activities; supporting class management, including digital support.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies required:
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Coordination and Management Skills
- Competent in MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong academic leanings and ability to work with students and cross-functional team
- Basic knowledge of finance will be helpful
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Comfortable in using and managing digital and offline communication
- Ability to conduct tutorial sessions for students on an identified academic domain will be an added asset
- Versatility to simultaneously work on diverse tasks and deliver consistently
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in any discipline, preferably in Social Science or Liberal Arts
- 3-5 years of full-time work experience
- Minimum3 years of experience in the core domain of program management with premier organizations, preferably in an academic or research setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – verbal & written
- Analytical Skills and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Technically and experientially equipped in managing digital modes of learning
- Adaptable and flexible, including the ability to manage pressure, ambiguity, and change
- Proficiency in MS Office, experience working with project management tools
- Versatility to simultaneously work on diverse tasks and deliver consistently
- Ability to collaborate and work with other people
