Azim Premji Foundation is a philanthropic organization established by Azim Premji, with a vision of contributing towards developing a just, equitable, humane and sustainable society. It has three key dimensions of work, all focused in India: Field work in school education to support the public education system, support to not-for-profit organizations in various domains of work through multi-year financial grants and running the not-for-profit Azim Premji University.
Job Overview:
You get the opportunity to work alongside our members in the field/ school/ university/health to understand their issues that technologically limit their work. Convert this opportunity into holistic and possible solutions that enable them to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Primary owner of the functional design of applications
- Interface with end-users to understand the functional requirements in detail
- Elaborate requirements through user stories
- Should have worked on the requirement management and process design in at least 3 medium to large projects
- Knowledge of agile methods
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 8 to 10 years in application development
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with project management concepts, Agile methodology
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus
