Your Role:
As a Learning and Development cell in charge, your role would be to contribute towards and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. Your aim would be to contribute towards developing and nurturing a skilled and knowledgeable workforce that is capable of delivering to the organization’s programs and services effectively. This role would also be anchoring the Management trainee program for CRY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments to identify the learning needs of the organization and design targeted training programs to address them.
- Training and Development: Develop and organize training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. These could include technical training, leadership development, communication skills, project management, and other relevant areas.
- Performance Management: Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to improve performance and work on strategy to link the LMS to Performance Management System long term.
- Learning Management System-Work on LMS, liaison with vendor and stakeholders for smooth running of LMS for online learning and upskilling of employees and functions.
- Budgeting: Manage the budget for L&D and MT programs and ensure that expenditures are within budget limits.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement changes as necessary to improve outcomes for all business
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that learning and development programs are aligned with talent management.
- Design and implement the management trainee program at CRY with clear objectives, plan and defined outcomes.
You: - You must be a Masters degree in human resources or
- related filed with minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in human resources and
- 3-4 in specifically learning and development or related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
