Job Opportunity For Product Designer – Freelance (For upcoming projects) At NavGurukul

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Coming up with solutions for identified problem points and translating them into usable and attractive user interfaces.
• Prototype solutions to allow team members to understand the given solutions when needed.
• Collaborate with PMs, other designers and developers.
• Maintain design consistency and coherence across the designs.
  Apply if you have:
• Ideally 3 or 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Samyarth is aiming to work with companies in varied industries.
• Having design experience in more than one industry is a plus
• Have a few strong portfolio projects showcasing expertise in user research, interaction and UI design for varied platforms like web and mobile. (Being strong in UI design is mandatory)
• Proficiency in design software and wireframing tools like Figma
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to team members
• Be able to provide feedback and take feedback for the designs
• We work in a remote setting. Being adept at timely communication is very important to us

This role would be remote, and you can work from anywhere.

Compensation & Culture:

• NavGurukul’s rates are at par with most not-for-profits in the country. For this role, the compensation would be on monthly-rate basis with CTC range of 5 to 8 lpa.
