Abstract
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Operations and Travel Desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end requirements of the travel desk for the entire team, including ticket and hotel bookings, visa coordination, invoice management, and employee reimbursements. Additionally, the candidate will handle basic administrative tasks related to HR.

Roles and Responsibilities
Travel Desk Management:
· Coordinate all travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation as needed.
· Liaise with travel agencies to ensure smooth visa processing, staying up-to-date on visa rules and regulations.
· Manage end-to-end requirements for visa documents, including gathering necessary paperwork and facilitating the application process.
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel-related invoices, coordinating with the accounts team as necessary.
· Maintain detailed records of all travel-related expenses and transactions.
· Process employee reimbursements for travel expenses per company policies.
HR Operations:
· Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and updating HR databases.
· Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and events.
· Handle employee inquiries related to travel policies and procedures.
· Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
· A master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
· Proven experience in travel coordination and administration, preferably in a corporate setting.
· Strong understanding of visa rules and regulations, particularly for international travel.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with HR administrative tasks is a plus.
