Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing campaigns for different program teams with creative strategies.
- Strategise & review compelling messaging and narratives for various channels like email campaigns, blogs, social media, and PR.
- Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Liaise with volunteers and other NGOs in our ecosystem for marketing and communications projects.
Education / Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing communications role.
Requirements & Skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior managerial experience/team-leading experience is essential
- Proficiency in social media and email marketing.
