Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing campaigns for different program teams with creative strategies.
  • Strategise & review compelling messaging and narratives for various channels like email campaigns, blogs, social media, and PR.
  • Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Liaise with volunteers and other NGOs in our ecosystem for marketing and communications projects.

Education / Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, or related field
  • 5+  years of experience in a marketing communications role.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior managerial experience/team-leading experience is essential
  • Proficiency in social media and email marketing.

Designation: Assistant Manager to Manager – Based on the candidate profile.

Scope: Full time

Reporting to Manager – MarComm
