Skills & Competencies required:
- Excellent training skills
- Expertise in using different training tools and methods including virtual/online tools
- Good written and verbal communication, preparation of various types of Reports and Documentation
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Profile: - To conduct/support/coordinate/supervise capacity building programmes
- To undertake training need assessment and design training programmes for stake holders like
- SHG members, community members, CBO members, staff ofNGOs/GOs, internal staff, etc.
- Develop training modules and compile reference materials; prepare reports, Impact Studies, etc.
- To ensure effective designing, implementation, preparation of training action plan during the training and follow up of action plan
- Preparing QPR,HYPR and APR for the training centre activities
- To ensure proper planning, conduction & evaluation of all the trainings conducted at Training centre
- Liaison with different agencies, organizations for partnerships and other matters to promote capacity building initiatives
- To ensure that the Management Information Systems are maintained related to capacity building related affairs
- Provide data/report to Head office as per requirement.
- Represent organization at various levels.
- Any other work assigned by reporting officer.
