Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining relations with key government officials and other relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem
- Co-develop and operationalize project plans and implementation programs for large scale education reform programs
- Engage and coordinate with multiple government and non-government agencies (NGO, NPOs and multilaterals), as part of different project implementation initiatives
- Create project reports, pitch decks and concept notes to support different Government stakeholders
- Engage and onboard existing and new CSF vendors for seamless and efficient execution of project priorities
- Providing regular updates to CSF management on progress, insights, opportunities and areas for course correction
Key Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields: including management, economics, social sciences, and public policy
- 10 + years of work experience with managerial responsibilities, demonstrating superb project delivery and team leadership
- Demonstrated experience working with government on implementing complex projects
- Ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and represent CSF to external audiences
- Experience in managing teams with multiple members
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities
- Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in working with government stakeholders

Compensation:
Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s experience levels.
