Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Meraki project in Sukma district. • Participate in government meetings.

Government Liaison:

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials, school administrators, and other stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the government.

School Visits:

• Conduct visits to schools involved in the project to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with school staff and teachers to address concerns and enhance project outcomes.

• Encourage the teachers and students to actively use the Meraki platform thereby enhancing their coding knowledge.

• Propose and implement tailored solutions to enhance the impact of the project.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare detailed reports on project status, milestones achieved, and challenges faced.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities, including school visits, meetings, and correspondence.

• Conduct periodic evaluations with Government officials to measure the impact of initiatives and suggest improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with community members, parents, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their involvement in project activities.

Apply if you have:

• Work experience – 3 to 4 years of experience. Ideally with government institutions or NGOs in project management and stakeholder engagement.

• A background in programming. Will need to learn Scratch programming language and take training for teachers on Meraki’s curriculum.

  • For this role, the salary is 40,000/- per month. We are also open to considering candidates for more senior positions within the same function, provided they bring extensive experience and a deep commitment to NavGurukul’s vision.
