Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Building and maintaining relations with key government officials and other relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem
Co-develop and operationalize project plans and implementation programs for large scale education reform programs
Engage and coordinate with multiple government and non-government agencies (NGO, NPOs and multilaterals), as part of different project implementation initiatives
Create project reports, pitch decks and concept notes to support different Government stakeholders
Engage and onboard existing and new CSF vendors for seamless and efficient execution of project priorities
Providing regular updates to CSF management on progress, insights, opportunities and areas for course correction

Key Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields: including management, economics, social sciences, and public policy
10 + years of work experience with managerial responsibilities, demonstrating superb project delivery and team leadership
Demonstrated experience working with government on implementing complex projects
Ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and represent CSF to external audiences
Experience in managing teams with multiple members
Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities
Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan projects and meet deadlines
Experience in working with government stakeholders
