## Sr. Manager, Procurement and Contracts Management

**About EAII Advisors**
EAII Advisors is Evidence Action’s technical partner in India, providing expertise and support in program implementation, research, and management. This position will be based in EAII Advisors’ office in [**Job Location, India**].
**Position Overview**
This is a full-time, fixed-term employment position for a period of 1 year. As Sr. Manager, Procurement and Contracts Management, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and contracts process for EAII Advisors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and maximizing value for the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement procurement and contracts management strategies aligned with EAII Advisors’ operational needs and strategic goals.
* Manage the procurement cycle, including vendor identification, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with legal frameworks and EAII Advisors’ policies.
* Implement and maintain robust procurement and contracts management systems, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
* Monitor and evaluate procurement processes and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
* Stay abreast of relevant procurement and contracts regulations, policies, and best practices.
* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure efficient and timely procurement and contract execution.
* Lead and mentor a team of procurement and contracts specialists.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Law, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement and contracts management, with proven experience in managing complex procurement processes and contracts.
* Strong understanding of procurement and contracts principles, laws, and regulations, particularly in the context of international development.
* Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
* Proficiency in using procurement and contracts management systems and tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
