## Program Associate – Revenue Stage Entrepreneurship Programs

**About the Role**
We are looking for a Program Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting entrepreneurship programs specifically focused on revenue stage startups. This role requires a strong understanding of startup operations, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with the Senior Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities.
* Support program partners and internal teams in achieving program milestones.
* Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys for participating entrepreneurs.
* Analyze and report data collected from entrepreneurs.
* Contribute to program design and implementation.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including entrepreneurs and program partners.
* Actively pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfill program objectives.
* Ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines while communicating with external partners.
**Requirements:**
* Master’s Degree in Management from a reputed institute.
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the startup ecosystem.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong program execution and project management skills.
* Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks.
* Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and mature in interacting with senior leadership.
