## Job Description: Manager – MARCOM

**Job Location:** Mumbai, India

 

**Experience Required:** 

 

* At least 7 years of work experience in Marketing and Communications.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Serve as the primary MARCOM point of contact (SPOC) for various stakeholders, including CSR companies, alliance partners, implementation partners, and internal implementation teams. 

* Take ownership of communications planning and delivery, supporting brand building and awareness initiatives across the board. 

* Provide communications support to donors and partners, driving co-branded campaigns to increase interest and engagement.

* Plan and execute events with end-to-end ownership to increase brand visibility and engage with stakeholders.

* Create and support digital marketing campaigns including decks, social media content, impact stories, scripts, articles, and online/offline events.

* Enhance the organization’s share of voice (SOV) and media presence.

* Leverage existing partnerships and forge new strategic partnerships to augment brand reach and awareness.

* Conduct consistent industry and competitor research to identify the latest trends.

* Create communication materials for leadership, including presentations, speeches, and soft pointers.

 

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:**

 

* At least 7 years of work experience in Marketing and Communications.

* Experience working with senior leaders and developing compelling value propositions.

* Strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

* Basic digital marketing knowledge and experience, including coordinating with agencies, building reports and analysis, evaluating and optimizing the marketing funnel.

* Social sector experience is a bonus.

* Understanding of customer needs and how to meet them.

* Ability to actively listen and accurately restate others’ opinions, even when disagreeing.

* Excellent planning and organizing skills with strong time management and prioritization abilities.

* Proven team working skills with a record of contributing to team goals and objectives.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Innovative, problem-solving, and a quick learner.

* Values integrity, respect, and collaboration.

* Stakeholder management skills, highly organized and structured.

* Event management skills are preferred.

* Digital marketing experience with knowledge of the basic digital ecosystem, funnel, etc., is a major plus.
