**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and roadmap. This role will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, from conceptualisation to launch and beyond, focusing specifically on discovery, conceptualising, positioning, and tailoring our solutions to address customer pain points. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

* **User Experience and Customer Insights:** Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through user research and data analysis. Champion the user experience, advocating for customer-centric design and usability throughout the product development lifecycle.

* **Product Strategy and Roadmap:** Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.

* **Product Development and Launch:** Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and other objectives. Write detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth product development and launch. 

* **Product Performance and Iteration:** Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product as needed. Plan and execute product launches, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. 

* **Leadership and Collaboration:** Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance and support. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product outcomes.

* **Proven Product Management Experience:** Possess 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on B2C/B2B products in the technology industry.

* **Strong Understanding of Product Development Methodologies:** Demonstrate a strong understanding of product development methodologies, user-centered design, and agile development practices.

* **Analytical Mindset:** Gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.

* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
