## Fund Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

**Job Description**
UNDP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Fund Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist** to join our team in New Delhi. This role is crucial in supporting the effective and efficient implementation of our development projects by ensuring proper monitoring and evaluation practices.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for assigned projects, aligned with UNDP and donor requirements.
* Conduct regular data collection, analysis, and reporting on project performance, identifying key indicators and trends.
* Develop and implement evaluation plans, conducting both formative and summative evaluations to assess project effectiveness, impact, and sustainability.
* Lead the development of high-quality evaluation reports, ensuring clear, concise, and evidence-based findings, and actionable recommendations.
* Provide technical guidance to project teams on monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data management, and reporting.
* Collaborate with other UNDP teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure consistent application of monitoring and evaluation standards.
* Stay abreast of current best practices in monitoring and evaluation, and contribute to the development and refinement of UNDP’s overall M&E approach.
**Qualifications:**
* Advanced degree in a relevant field such as development studies, economics, statistics, or social sciences.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, with a proven track record of designing and implementing evaluations for development projects.
* Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques.
* Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, and donors.
* Proficiency in using M&E software and data visualization tools.
