**Job Description:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Eco Champs Trainer** to join our team in Bangalore.  The role of the Trainer will be to implement the Eco Champs program in coordination with school management and teachers in assigned locations. This program aims to educate and engage students in environmental awareness and action.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct training workshops for teachers and students on various environmental topics related to the Eco Champs program.

* Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training materials aligned with the program curriculum.

* Collaborate with school management and teachers to integrate Eco Champs activities into existing school programs.

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments.

* Prepare reports and documentation on program implementation and outcomes.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

* Travel to different schools within Bangalore to deliver training sessions.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Education, or a related field.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in environmental education, youth development, or a similar field.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

* Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
