**Job Description**
ISDM is seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager – Outreach to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective outreach strategies for the PGP program. This role will be responsible for establishing PGP DM as a leading career option for targeted youth across the country, while also strengthening relationships with existing partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
* Establish PGP DM as a leading higher education career option amongst targeted youth of the country.
* Plan and execute national and state-level events for ISDM Branding, targeting various audiences (College events, road shows, meetups, conferences etc.).
* Identify activities and forge partnerships with organizations to establish PGP DM amongst young working professionals.
* Research partners, identify key audiences, and generate interest that converts into admission leads for PGP DM.
* Collaborate with senior management, Admissions, and the marketing team to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
* Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
* Maintain strong relationships and engagement with current partners and identify new ways to grow the partnership.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or a similar relevant field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in outreach & partnerships with a focus on academia.
* Proven experience in developing partnerships and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strategic thinking and creativity in developing outreach programs.
* Collaborative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
* Networking aptitude with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
