**Job Description**

Peepul is looking for a passionate and dedicated Project Coordinator to support our Digital Literacy Programme in Rewa, Jabalpur, and Gwalior. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the programme, ensuring smooth execution and achieving program objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage the implementation of the Digital Literacy Programme, including planning, coordination, and monitoring activities.

* Collaborate with stakeholders including government officials, school administrators, and community leaders.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with project partners and volunteers.

* Facilitate training sessions and workshops for teachers and students.

* Track and report on program progress, including data collection and analysis.

* Prepare and present reports to the program manager and other stakeholders.

* Assist in developing and implementing new digital literacy initiatives.

* Manage project budgets and ensure resources are utilized effectively.

* Stay up-to-date on best practices in digital literacy and education.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.

* Familiarity with digital literacy tools and resources.

* Passion for education and social development.

**Location:**

* This position is based in **Rewa, Jabalpur, and Gwalior**, with travel required within the assigned regions.
