**Job Description:**

Peepul seeks a passionate and results-oriented School Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Digital Literacy Program in **New Delhi, India**. This position will involve working directly with schools to implement and manage digital literacy initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes for participating students.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and staff.

* Conduct needs assessments to identify the specific digital literacy requirements of each school.

* Design and implement digital literacy training programs tailored to the needs of teachers and students.

* Manage and coordinate digital literacy resources, including technology hardware, software, and online learning platforms.

* Facilitate student engagement in digital literacy activities, providing support and guidance.

* Monitor program implementation, track progress, and analyze data to measure impact.

* Collaborate with Peepul team members to ensure program alignment and effective communication.

* Prepare reports and presentations to share program outcomes with stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in education, technology, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting, preferably with a focus on digital literacy or technology integration.

* Strong understanding of digital literacy concepts and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

* Proficient in using various technology tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
