**Job Description:**

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will play a pivotal role in building our team and contributing to our mission of restoring vision.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Collaborate with Hiring Managers to write job advertisements for open positions.

* Recruit directly or with the support of recruitment firms.

* Advertise job ads on job boards, careers pages, and social media channels.

* Recruit from campuses.

* Implement employee referral plans.

* Provide interview feedback as needed.

* Answer candidate queries related to the hiring process.

* Periodically update job descriptions.

* Assist with onboarding new hires.

* Analyze retention and turnover rates to forecast hiring needs.

* Determine requirements, eligibility, and qualification criteria.

* Evaluate candidates based on their assignment and interview performance.

* Update Hiring Managers on the status of open jobs.

* Screen applications and update candidates on the hiring process.

* Source candidates via online platforms.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in non-IT hiring.

* Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

* Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

* Outstanding writing and grammar skills in English.
