**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Membership team as Deputy Director. You will be responsible for driving member engagement, business development, and regional initiatives within the assigned territory.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Member Servicing:**
* Provide prompt and effective support to member companies by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating service initiatives.
* Organize events and programs to foster member engagement and strengthen relationships.
* **Regional Councils & Special Interest Groups:**
* Lead and drive the Regional Councils and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) for various geographic areas and sectors like HR, CFOs, CEOs, Skill Initiatives, and GCC Forum.
* Conceptualize and implement initiatives and events for these groups.
* **Business Development:**
* Actively recruit new members by conducting outreach campaigns and showcasing the value proposition of NASSCOM membership.
* Promote NASSCOM events and initiatives for delegate registration, sponsorship, and sales of research reports and publications.
* **Event Management:**
* Plan and execute impactful regional events aligned with NASSCOM’s strategic goals.
* Collaborate and support national-level initiatives and events within the region.
* **Internal Management:**
* Implement and manage internal processes related to finance, knowledge management, revenue, and expenditure.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* MBA with specialization in Marketing
* 15-17 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and general administration, preferably within the technology industry.
* Demonstrated success in client handling and engaging with senior management (CXO level).
**Skills:**
* Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of relationship and account management.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with business studies and economics.
* Strong entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the technology industry in the specified region.
* Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a collaborative team spirit.
