**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Stakeholder Management:**

* Build and maintain effective relationships with various government departments.

* Comfortably interact with senior government officials, including IAS level.

* Manage relationships with funders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

**2. Operational Oversight:**

* Conduct meetings with concerned department officials.

* Evaluate existing programs and provide insightful feedback.

* Liaise with the government for smooth collaboration.

* Organize workshops and review meetings with internal and external teams.

* Frequent travel, especially within the northern belt of U.P/Bihar/Punjab/Delhi.

**Experience and Competencies Required**

* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

* Ideal mix of experience in development sector and education.

* Fluency in Hindi (read and write).

* Proven ability to work with government stakeholders.

* Expertise in funder management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.

**Remuneration:**

* Annual CTC of INR 8 Lakhs onwards (depending on experience and competencies)
