**Job Description**

Reliance Foundation is seeking a Programme Manager to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives under the Education and Sports for All initiative. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects aimed at improving access to quality education in India.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the planning, needs assessment, and implementation of various Education and Sports for All initiatives.

* Oversee and manage the operations of the digital learning van in Mumbai, reaching out to over 5,000 underprivileged school-going children.

* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools, partner NGOs, local partners, and communities.

* Monitor the implementation and outcomes of programs, ensuring effective execution and reporting progress.

* Stay informed on the latest policy research, best practices in delivery modes, and innovative approaches to optimize program design.

**Educational and Experience Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector.

* Minimum of 4 years of college education in relevant fields like Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, or Management. Candidates with other educational backgrounds may be considered based on relevant experience.

**Essential Competencies:**

* Exceptional research and project management skills.

* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Proficiency in standard office ICT tools.
