## Community Health Officer/Project Officer

**Job Location:**
* Hyderabad

**Responsibilities:**
* Project Delivery and Implementation: Execute project activities in the designated field area.
* Data Management: Enter and submit online MIS data, including indent and GRN, from the field.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports from the field.
* Beneficiary Outreach: Achieve target beneficiary reach for the project.
* Vehicle Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for project vehicles in consultation with the driver.
* Community Engagement: Conduct IEC/community awareness activities in the field area, reaching at least 1000 beneficiaries.
* Financial Reporting: Collect bills from the field and submit them to the Head Office by the 26th of each month.
* Field Team Support: Assist in the recruitment of field staff in coordination with the Head Office team.
* Induction and Orientation: Provide induction and orientation training to field staff with support from the Head Office.
* Stakeholder Interaction: Update field staff on project progress during donor visits.
* Government Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with relevant government authorities in the field.
* SOW Management: Ensure monthly movement of SOWs in the field as per the roster.
* Reporting and Review: Participate in monthly review meetings with field staff and the Head Office, incorporating feedback from reporting managers.
* Daily Operations: Compile and submit a daily diary from the field to the Head Office.
* Communication: Share daily field updates with the communication team.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar field.
* Certifications and continuing education are preferred.
