**About The Hans Foundation:**
The Hans Foundation, established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust dedicated to improving the quality of life for underprivileged communities across India. We focus on interventions in the Health, Education, Livelihood, and Disability sectors. The Hans Foundation directly implements projects on the ground and provides funding support to not-for-profit organizations in India through its donor – RIST, USA. Our strategic planning prioritizes poverty alleviation, economic equality, and a 360° impact on the quality of life through social development programs. We operate primarily in the most rural and under-developed areas of India, collaborating with State and Central Governments, institutions, corporates, academia, and non-government organizations to achieve sustainable interventions at scale.
**Project:**
The Hans Foundation operates over 25 Hans Renal Care Centers (HRCC) on a self-implementation model since January 2022. HRCC is an innovative healthcare delivery model designed to alleviate health disparities among vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic kidney diseases.
**Job Location:**
Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Varanasi, Kanpur, Agra, Gorakhpur
**Experience Required:**
0-2 years of experience in healthcare with good knowledge and skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide assistance to patients for maintenance of hygiene and related activities.
* Provide patients with meals on time.
* Address patients’ requests.
* Adhere to center rules and operating procedures.
* Ensure all facilities and help are available to patients under your care.
* Assist nursing and medical staff when required.
* Organize medicines, logs, and reports of patients.
* Ensure all possible comforts for patients are looked after.
* Assist HRCC staff.
**Reporting to:**
Medical Officer / Bio Medical Engineer
**Other Requirements:**
* **Educational Qualifications:** 12th (Intermediate)
* **Functional / Technical Skills:** Good communication skills.
* **Other:** Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas.
**Compensation:**
Salary will be commensurate with education, experience, and past salary drawn.
