## HR Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **HR Lead** to join our team in **Delhi, India**. This role will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resource management, ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization and the well-being of our employees.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
* Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
* Manage HR systems and processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR integration.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
* Experience working in a non-profit organization.
* Experience with talent management and development programs.
