* 5+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.

* Proven track record of successfully securing funding from a variety of sources, including foundations, corporations, and individuals.

* Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and best practices.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced fundraising professional to join our team as a Manager, Fundraising. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the growth and impact of The/Nudge Institute. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan, including identifying potential funding sources, developing proposals, and managing relationships with donors.

* Research and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including foundations, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.

* Prepare compelling grant proposals and other fundraising materials.

* Manage the fundraising database and track donor activity.

* Develop and implement donor stewardship strategies to cultivate and retain relationships.

* Collaborate with program staff to identify funding opportunities and ensure alignment with program goals.

* Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in fundraising.

* Contribute to the overall success of The/Nudge Institute by working collaboratively with other team members.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, non-profit management, or development studies.

* 5+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.

* Proven track record of successfully securing funding from a variety of sources, including foundations, corporations, and individuals.

* Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and best practices.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
