**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Membership team in Mumbai. This role is crucial in driving new member acquisition and managing existing member relationships, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* **New Member Acquisition:**

    * Proactively identify and reach out to potential members through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.

    * Develop compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Nasscom membership.

    * Assist new members in the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the benefits, services, and resources available to them.

* **Account Management (Existing Members):**

    * Build and maintain strong relationships with current members, fostering their continued participation and engagement.

    * Provide ongoing support to members, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

    * Regularly travel within the assigned region to meet with members and understand their needs.

    * Utilize CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, sales activities, and member information.

* **Industry Knowledge:**

    * Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and changes to effectively position the membership benefits.

    * Collect and integrate feedback from members to continuously improve and enhance the offerings.

* **Sales Targets:**

    * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.

 

**Qualifications and Experience:**

 

* Any Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and account management.

* Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
