## Senior Implementation Manager, FPO Program

**Role Overview:**

The Wadhwani FPO Program is a critical initiative aimed at supporting the growth and development of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in India. As a **Senior Implementation Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of this program, ensuring its impact on the lives of farmers and the agricultural sector.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the implementation of the FPO Program across various geographies, working closely with FPOs, partner organizations, and internal teams.

* Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

* Conduct thorough assessments of FPOs, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

* Design and deliver tailored training programs for FPO members, focusing on areas such as business management, financial literacy, and market access.

* Facilitate the development of FPO business plans, ensuring they are aligned with market demands and sustainable growth strategies.

* Build strong relationships with FPOs, partner organizations, and government agencies, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

* Monitor and evaluate the program’s impact, collecting data, analyzing results, and generating reports to inform program adjustments and strategic decision-making.

* Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices for FPO development, sharing knowledge and learnings with the wider team.

**Qualifications:**

* Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing development programs, preferably in the agricultural sector.

* Proven track record of successfully managing projects and achieving desired outcomes.

* Strong understanding of FPOs, their challenges, and opportunities for growth.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
