## Programme Manager – MP Programmes

**Job Location:** Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India
**Experience Required:**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex projects.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development and implementation of Peepul’s education programs in Madhya Pradesh.
* Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and partner organizations.
* Ensure that programs are delivered effectively and efficiently, meeting all quality standards and achieving desired outcomes.
* Prepare regular reports on program progress and impact.
* Identify and address program challenges and risks.
* Contribute to the development of new and innovative education programs.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the Indian education system and challenges faced by underserved communities.
* Experience working with government and community partners.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
