## Associate – Curriculum Development

**Job Location:** Chromepet, Chennai

**Experience Required:**

* Minimum 1 year of experience in curriculum development or related field.

* Proven ability to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials.

* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement curriculum for various volunteer programs.

* Design and create learning materials, including training manuals, presentations, and online resources.

* Conduct training sessions and workshops for volunteers.

* Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary adjustments.

* Stay up-to-date on best practices in curriculum development and adult learning.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment of curriculum with program goals.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field.

* Experience working with non-profit organizations or community development initiatives is a plus.

* Passion for promoting volunteering and community engagement.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
