## Donor Relationship Officer – Retail Fundraising

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and driven Donor Relationship Officer to join our Retail Fundraising team in New Delhi. This role is crucial in acquiring new donors and retaining existing ones, contributing between INR 20,000 to INR 100,000. You will play a key role in positioning WWF-India effectively within the retail fundraising landscape.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement strategies to acquire new donors through retail fundraising initiatives.

* Manage and nurture existing donor relationships, ensuring their continued support and engagement.

* Conduct face-to-face interactions with potential and existing donors in retail settings.

* Effectively communicate WWF-India’s mission, programs, and impact to donors.

* Manage and track donor data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

* Collaborate with the Retail Fundraising team to achieve fundraising targets.

* Stay updated on best practices and trends in retail fundraising.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration).

* Minimum 2 years of experience in retail fundraising or a related field.

* Proven track record of acquiring new donors and retaining existing ones.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.

* Passion for conservation and a commitment to WWF-India’s mission.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
