**Job Description:**
WWF-India is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Development/Sales Trainee/Officer. This role will be responsible for generating new leads and acquiring potential donors for WWF-India’s conservation efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Generate new leads through various channels like LinkedIn, Digital Marketing, Events, Workshops, and Donor Referrals.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new donors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential donors.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential donors.
* Manage and track sales pipeline and donor acquisition progress.
* Contribute to the development of fundraising materials and campaigns.
* Stay updated on current trends in fundraising and donor acquisition.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for conservation and a commitment to WWF-India’s mission.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
