**Job Title:** Associate, Strategy and Impact
**Job Location:** Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad
**About Teach For India:**
Teach For India is a non-profit organization working to eliminate educational inequity in India. With a network of over 4600 alumni and 940 current Fellows, they are impacting the lives of thousands of low-income children. Currently in their fourth strategic phase, they have ambitious goals for the next decade, focusing on strengthening their Fellowship program, scaling their impact, strategically matching alumni with system needs, advocating for educational equity, and fostering collective action among alumni. **Experience Required:**
* Bachelor’s Degree from any stream.
* 0-2 years of professional work experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the design and execution of multiple organizational development projects, including quarterly reporting and research projects.
* Conduct cross-regional surveys, analyze results, and disseminate findings.
* Analyze datasets to identify trends and provide analytical support to other teams.
* Create compelling documents to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.
* Conduct primary research, literature reviews, and benchmarking exercises.
* Support the design and execution of capacity-building workshops.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify problems and solutions.
* Contribute to team goals and priorities.
* Serve as a Teach For India brand ambassador and advocate for educational equity.
* Support organizational areas such as recruitment, fundraising, and volunteer engagement (as needed).
**Qualifications:**
* **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree, 0-2 years of professional experience, strong project management skills, excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets/Slides or Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, data analysis and interpretation skills, strong research capabilities, highly organized, ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in management consulting or project management, strong verbal and written communication skills, result-driven approach, adaptability and flexibility.
**Team Overview:**
The Strategy and Impact team serves as the internal consulting arm of Teach For India, advising leadership on organizational planning, decision-making, monitoring, and evaluation. They work collaboratively with various teams across the organization on a diverse range of projects.
