**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Fundraising Officer to join our team in Hyderabad.  This role will focus on donor acquisition and resource mobilization to support WWF-India’s conservation efforts.  Responsibilities include:

* Developing creative strategies to raise awareness about India’s biodiversity.

* Participating in brand awareness and brand building activities.

* Representing WWF-India’s brand in various settings (corporates, malls, residential areas, etc.).

* Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential high-net-worth donors.

* Organizing fundraising events and initiatives to solicit funding.

* Utilizing strong public speaking skills to engage potential donors.

* Planning and executing fundraising campaigns to help WWF-India meet its financial goals.

* Successfully balancing multiple priorities and managing various tasks simultaneously.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a recognized university.

* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with a proven ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences.

* Highly performance-oriented individual with a strong team-oriented work ethic.

* Energetic and driven, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

* High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

* 1-3 years of relevant experience.

* Immediate availability preferred.
