**Job Description:**

**Objective:** Acquire new donors contributing between INR 20,000 and INR 100,000 annually and retain existing donors within this giving range. Effectively position WWF-India within the key donor segment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, digital marketing, events, workshops, donor referrals).

* Contact potential and existing donors (calls, emails, in-person meetings) to explain WWF-India’s work.

* Maintain consistent communication with donors to build long-term relationships, following the donor journey for both acquisition and retention.

* Convert, retain, and upgrade existing donors to maximize retention.

* Assist the Key Donor team in planning donor activities and collaborate with internal teams on creative communication for key donors.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a recognized university.

* Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; proven ability to build rapport.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines.

* Highly performance-oriented team player.

* Energetic and inspiring individual capable of promoting WWF-India’s work.

* Willingness to relocate to Mumbai after a three-month training period in Delhi.
