**Job Summary:**

The Manager of CSR Programs will oversee and manage CSR initiatives, collaborating with clients to design and implement impactful social responsibility projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of CSR trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive positive social change through sustainable programs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Research, identify, and map potential Government agencies, NGOs, CSR Foundations, Academic institutes, and Schools aligned with education, skill development, and livelihood programs.

* Manage and network with government agencies (municipal bodies, state skill development missions, etc.) to engage with and strengthen government programs.

* Possess foundational knowledge of the corporate ecosystem, corporate communications & partnerships, and CSR networking.

* Support and lead partnerships with institutes for on-the-ground implementation of skilling programs.

* Identify strategic areas, develop proposals, and conduct research to support policymaking.

* Manage a team of 8-10 members working on various projects.

* Conceptualize program models, draft proposals with budgets and MoUs, and present them to internal and external stakeholders.

* Coordinate with project partners, assess project progress, monitor and guide team members, and coordinate with top management for project insights.

* Communicate with client organizations to manage program implementation, onboard learners, and ensure program execution and engagement.

* Maintain MIS and project dashboards.

* Conceptualize and plan for execution to achieve programmatic deliverables.

* Participate in building and developing internal organizational knowledge.

* Monitor and track project details and data for better coordination and implementation.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**

* Post-graduate degree in management/Social Development (multidisciplinary background preferred).

* Fluency in Gujarati and familiarity with Gujarat’s geography.

* Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the development sector/consulting/think tanks.

* Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management and development experience.

* Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Creative thinking and innovation skills.

* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to design and edit graphic presentations.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

* High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.

* Ability to make informed decisions regarding priorities and time management.

* Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

**Salary:** INR 7 LPA – 8.4 LPA (Depending on relevant experience)
