NSRCEL is the entrepreneurship and startup incubation hub at IIM Bangalore.  Dedicated to fostering innovation and supporting the startup ecosystem, NSRCEL partners with leading corporates and government bodies (including NITI Aayog, the Department of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) to drive economic growth through entrepreneurial initiatives.

**Job Description:**

The Program Associate will work closely with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities for the Women Startup Program.  Responsibilities include:

* Supporting the internal team and program partners in achieving program milestones.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with program stakeholders.

* Conducting monitoring and evaluation surveys, analyzing data, and reporting findings.

* Managing budget allocation, payment processes, and maintaining payment records.

* Contributing to the development and implementation of program plans, strategies, and objectives.

* Curating and coordinating program events, including interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

* Working with entrepreneurs and internal teams to understand and address their needs.

* Ensuring adherence to NSRCEL guidelines in all communications with external partners.

* Proactively seeking strategic and innovative solutions to achieve program objectives.

* Managing program activities and budget.

**Requirements:**

* Master’s degree in management from a reputable institute.

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role or within the startup ecosystem.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to contribute to program design and possess strong program execution discipline.

* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and maturity in interacting with senior leadership.

* Ability to multitask and take ownership of assigned tasks.
