**Job Description:**

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Program Associate will play a crucial role in the execution of NSRCEL’s revenue-stage entrepreneurship programs.  Responsibilities include:

* Supporting the Program Manager in daily program operations.

* Collaborating with internal teams and program partners to ensure successful completion of program milestones.

* Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with program stakeholders.

* Conducting monitoring and evaluation surveys and analyzing the resulting data to generate reports.

* Managing program activities and budget.

* Working closely with entrepreneurs and internal teams to identify and address their needs.

* Ensuring adherence to NSRCEL guidelines in all communications with external partners.

* Proactively developing strategic and innovative solutions to achieve program objectives.

**Experience Required:**

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role or within the startup ecosystem.

**Qualifications:**

* Master’s degree in management from a reputable institution.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proven ability to contribute to program design and demonstrate strong program execution discipline.

* Positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and maturity in interacting with senior leadership.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

* Entrepreneurial skills and experience in entrepreneurship development are highly desirable.
