The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to building resilient livelihoods and alleviating poverty in India. We collaborate with women, farmers, tribals, and youth, focusing on rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion. **About the Impact Hub:**
The Impact Hub serves as a leading Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and knowledge center for the livelihood ecosystem. We conduct high-quality evaluations and research, providing impact measurement and management for all The/Nudge programs. We collaborate with top organizations across sectors and produce knowledge products (reports, white papers, etc.) to generate actionable insights, focusing on evaluations and action research. We maintain a strong connection to field realities and adapt to the evolving ecosystem.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with leaders across The/Nudge to create and validate M&E strategies and Theories of Change. Design a common impact assessment framework for multiple programs.
* Define M&E frameworks for individual programs, including metrics and data collection strategies.
* Lead evaluations (including third-party and multi-stakeholder evaluations) to deeply understand program outcomes and generate insights for program improvement. This will involve significant external stakeholder collaboration.
* Access and integrate external data sets (government and non-government) with internal data to inform program learning and broader field insights.
* Support the organization in integrating cross-cutting themes like gender, empowerment, and SDGs.
* Serve as a senior team member and thought leader in the impact evaluation space, influencing policy and practice from a practitioner’s perspective.
* Lead and mentor a team, fostering learning and development opportunities related to data analysis.
**Qualifications:**
* 10+ years of professional experience, including 3-4 years in M&E/research in India or other developing countries.
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills; experience designing data collection and establishing analytical frameworks.
* Proven leadership experience in building, nurturing, and leading high-performing M&E teams.
* Ability to apply theoretical frameworks to practical situations.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Passion for making a difference and solving complex problems.
* Master’s degree in management, development studies, public policy, rural development, or economics.
