Mantra4Change is an organization dedicated to transforming public education in India.  They work with educational leaders to improve schools and create enriching experiences for children.  Their Missing Millions initiative specifically focuses on empowering out-of-school adolescents through vocational and educational programs, providing support to build creative professional skills.  The Aaroh Fellowship, a key program, offers a 2-year intensive program for out-of-school adolescents (14-17 years old) focused on creative industries.

**About the Role:**

The Lead Creative Facilitator will play a crucial role in the Aaroh Fellowship program.  This involves leading the delivery of creative and theoretical aspects of the program and collaborating with the program team to improve its effectiveness.  The ideal candidate will be empathetic, innovative, and possess strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Facilitate positive and inclusive learning for a diverse group of 10-15 fellows.

* Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the program curriculum.

* Enable hands-on, project-based learning to prepare fellows for practical work scenarios.

* Regularly assess fellows’ progress and performance.

* Provide mentorship and guidance to support fellows’ personal and interpersonal growth.

* Collaborate with the program team to ensure alignment between program objectives and cohort needs.

**Experience and Competencies Required:**

* Proven experience in classroom or program facilitation, preferably with adolescents or youth-focused initiatives.

* Strong understanding of design and creative processes.

* Ability to innovate and adapt ideas quickly.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

* High level of empathy.

* Fluency in English and Tamil.

**Compensation:**

INR 420,000 – 480,000 per annum (depending on competency and experience)
