**Job Title:** Associate Manager – CSR and Government Collaborations

**Job Summary:**
The Associate Manager for CSR and Government Affairs will play a key role in managing and implementing CSR initiatives and building relationships with government entities. This role requires developing strategies aligned with the company’s mission, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing CSRBOX’s public image.
**Responsibilities:**
* **CSR Strategy and Implementation:** Develop and execute CSR programs; identify community engagement opportunities; coordinate with internal departments to integrate CSR activities; monitor and report on initiative effectiveness.
* **Government Affairs:** Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders; monitor legislative and regulatory developments; advocate for supportive policies; represent the company in meetings and public hearings.
* **Compliance and Reporting:** Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies; maintain accurate records of all CSR and government affairs activities.
* **Communication and Public Relations:** Develop communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives; collaborate with the PR team; prepare press releases and other communication materials; organize and participate in promotional events.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engage with community leaders and organizations; foster partnerships to support initiatives; collect and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve programs.
**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of work experience in development, CSR, government affairs, public policy, or a related field.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management and development experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* Proven ability to work across departments and with external partners.
* Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
* Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
**Compensation:** INR 6.60 LPA – 9.0 LPA (Depending on relevant experience)
